Marketing & Communications Practices
This Marketing & Communications Practices disclosure (“Marketing Notice”) describes how Union Perks Loans LLC (“Union Perks,” “we,” “us”) and vendors acting on our behalf may communicate with you about Cash Advance - Perks Loans App, related services, and educational content regarding personal loan matching. It is designed to align with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), 47 U.S.C. § 227, implementing regulations, the Federal Communications Commission’s orders and declaratory rulings, the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (“CAN-SPAM Act”), 15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq., the Federal Trade Commission’s enforcement policies, state telemarketing and autodialer laws (including Colorado and Delaware where applicable), and state privacy statutes addressing targeted advertising and sale or sharing of personal information. This Marketing Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and E-Sign & E-Consent; in case of conflict regarding promotional communications, the more specific consent you provided at the point of collection controls for that channel.
1. Categories of marketing communications
We may send or initiate the following types of communications, each subject to applicable consent and suppression requirements: (a) Transactional and relationship messages—for example, security alerts, password resets, receipts, responses to customer support inquiries, and legally required notices—these generally do not require marketing consent but must remain truthful and non-deceptive; (b) Account and service updates about Cash Advance - Perks Loans App features you already use, which may be treated as non-commercial under CAN-SPAM in some circumstances but are still subject to honest subject lines and accurate routing information; (c) Promotional or advertising messages—including invitations to complete an application, reminders about unfinished requests, information about new lender partners, and educational content—where we obtain prior express written consent for telemarketing calls or texts to wireless numbers using an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS”) or prerecorded voice as defined under the TCPA, or prior affirmative consent for commercial email as described in Section 3; (d) Retargeting or digital advertising delivered through third-party platforms subject to platform policies and your device settings, and subject to opt-out rights described in our Do Not Sell or Share page where applicable.
2. Telephone calls and text messages (TCPA)
If you provide a telephone number, you agree that we may contact you at that number using manual or automated means only to the extent you have provided the level of consent required by law. For telemarketing calls or texts to a wireless number using an ATDS or artificial/prerecorded voice, the TCPA generally requires prior express written consent that meets the FCC’s definition—clear and conspicuous disclosure, specific authorization, and no conditioning of a purchase on consent beyond what is reasonably necessary. Consent language appears adjacent to the applicable telephone field or checkbox. You may revoke consent at any time through reasonable means, including replying STOP to a text message where supported, using an unsubscribe link, calling (970) 406-7705, or emailing [email protected]. Revocation is effective prospectively; it does not waive amounts owed for services already rendered.
We maintain internal do-not-contact lists and honor carrier and industry blocklists where required. We do not intend to contact numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry for covered telemarketing calls without an established business relationship or compliant consent as permitted by law. Third-party lenders you separately engage may contact you under their own compliance programs; you must direct opt-out requests for those contacts to the respective lender.
3. Commercial email (CAN-SPAM)
Commercial emails we send will identify Union Perks Loans LLC or Cash Advance - Perks Loans App as the sender, include a valid physical postal address (1957 Galena St, Aurora, CO 80010-2224, United States), and contain a clear and conspicuous explanation of how to opt out of future marketing emails. Opt-out requests are processed within ten business days or sooner as required by updated regulations. We do not charge a fee, require login, or collect unrelated personal information to honor an email opt-out, except to the extent necessary to verify identity in cases of account-specific requests. Transactional or relationship messages that primarily facilitate an agreed-upon transaction may not contain false or misleading routing information but may not need an unsubscribe mechanism if they qualify for CAN-SPAM exemptions; we nevertheless strive to minimize confusion by distinguishing promotional content in subject lines where feasible.
4. Frequency and content standards
We seek to limit promotional cadence to a reasonable level consistent with your engagement and industry norms. If you believe you are receiving excessive contacts, notify us using the information in Section 7. All marketing claims must be truthful, non-misleading, and substantiated before dissemination. Representative loan amounts ($100–$5,000), APR ranges (5.99%–35.99%), and terms (3–24 months) are illustrative unless tied to a firm offer of credit compliant with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Regulation B.
5. Use of service providers and lead partners
We may engage vendors for email delivery, SMS gateways, call centers, analytics, and advertising measurement. Contracts require confidentiality, security measures, and use limitations consistent with our instructions and applicable law. If a vendor sends communications on our behalf, we require identification of Union Perks as the business responsible for the message or clear co-branding as permitted. We do not authorize vendors to sell your personal information for unrelated marketing where our Privacy Policy or state law prohibits such sale or sharing without a fresh opt-in.
6. Children and sensitive audiences
Cash Advance - Perks Loans App is not directed to children under the age of majority for entering contracts in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly market payday-style or high-cost credit products to minors. Marketing lists are scrubbed against known student or child-directed properties where identifiable.
7. How to update preferences or unsubscribe

You may also use our contact form. California and certain other residents may submit Do Not Sell or Share requests regarding cross-context behavioral advertising.
